Tram Huyen

Yentram (Tram) Huyen, Ph.D. was Senior Technology Advisor and is now the acting Chief of Staff for the All of Us Research Program. She is a multidisciplinary scientist and advocate of game-changing solutions with extensive experience in laboratory sciences, computational biology, and bioinformatics. Her track record of health care and life sciences (HLS) industry leadership and business innovation includes more than 15 years of directing multidisciplinary teams and engaging with key stakeholders and C-suite leaders within U.S. federal and international government agencies, academia, and private and non-profit sectors. Prior to joining All of Us, Tram was responsible for leading interdisciplinary teams to engage with customers and business units (from public policy, R&D, sales, to standards activities) within Intel Corporation to transform the HLS sector by deploying solutions that accelerate analytics and enable scalable and secure data sharing. Prior to joining Intel, she was chief of the Bioinformatics Branch at the NIAID where she spearheaded transformative product and technology solutions that garnered her organization government recognition as a trendsetter at the forefront of biomedical research and scientific discovery. Tram has her Ph.D. in cell and molecular biology from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Medicine and her B.S. in biology from George Washington University.
