All government employees – The Government Registration type does not include coffee breaks, lunches or the reception associated with this conference. Coffee and lunches may be purchased at the food court or lunch may be pre-ordered on line with the Fresh Fork. Please see the above paragraph for links to food websites. *NIH Government Employees must email Asha Storm at firstname.lastname@example.org to verify their NIH affiliation and receive a comp code to be used at the end of their registration process. Any NIH employee submitting a paper must pay the regular rate.
Student identification will be required at check-in.
All fees are in US dollars (USD).
Refunds: General attendees are eligible for a registration refund if the refund is processed prior to October 9 2019 by 12 midnight PST and will incur a processing fee of $50. You can cancel your registration by clicking on the registration link below and going to the “Already Registered” link. You will need your confirmation number and your registration email address. If you cancel your registration before the October 9 date, you must email the conference box (link at the bottom of the conference website homepage) to request us to process the refund to your credit card. There are no registration refunds after October 9. Authors who have uploaded their final papers are not entitled to any refunds.
Registration – If you are an author submitting a paper, you must pay the registration fee in the Cvent system (see link below) before submitting the final version of your paper in the Epapers system. The paper may be been paid for by the submitting/corresponding author or a co-author of the paper in the Cvent system. Once the paper has been paid for by one author, all other authors of the paper who may be attending the conference (including the presenting author) must register as a general attendee in the Cvent system. The submitting or corresponding author who will be presenting at the conference should submit the final version of the paper in the Epapers system. Authors who have uploaded their final papers are NOT entitled to any refunds.
You can modify your registration by clicking on the registration link and going to the “Already Registered” link. You will need your confirmation number and your registration email address. You may also print from the “Already Registered“ link a receipt and authors may print a personalized visa letter once the final accepted paper has been uploaded.
